Volkswagen Hybrid Technology - Volkswagen hybrid technology was introduced to the car models that it sells in Europe, utilizing stop-start hybrid technology in the newest Volkswagen Golf Hatchback. This is not a true Volkswagen hybrid, but Volkswagen plans to make the stop-start hybrid technology more widely available.
Maybe if the stop-start hybrid technology is popular, volkswagen will eventually make a Volkswagen hybrid...only time will tell.
